Tulip Magnolia's Time To Shine

There are two Magnolia trees in our front yard. The large white-flowered Southern Magnolia and the smaller pink-flowered Tulip Magnolia. The tulip is a deciduous magnolia because it loses its leaves in the winter.

Today the Tulip Magnolia is shining even though it is cloudy and has rained. Springtime is when the beautiful pink and cream flowers bloom and brighten up the yard.
