Today I gave the Treadmill up for a nice winter walk. The fresh air and sunshine felt good! I've been trying to walk a mile or more a day (4 days a week) and eat healthier. A few photos from today's walk.

Molly saw me coming and grabbed a stick to give me...usually there is an exchange of stick (or toy) for a biscuit. I let her have both!! Molly has the sweetest personality.
Well that about does it for this winter walk...next time it should be a lot more colorful!
